Terms and Conditions – Corporate Relocation Services
Effective Date: 1st January 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Corporate Confidential (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you”) regarding corporate relocation, mobility, and related moving services. By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Scope of Services
We provide comprehensive relocation and mobility solutions for businesses, including:
- Domestic and international employee relocations
- Packing, shipping, and delivery coordination
- Immigration support, home-finding, and destination services
- Storage, customs clearance, and logistics management
- Cultural and social integration services.
Additional services (e.g., household cleaning, furniture assembly, or pet transport) are available only by written agreement.
3. Formation of Agreement
An agreement is formed once we confirm your booking in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding goods, employees, and addresses
We do not carry hazardous materials, weapons, or items prohibited by law.
5. Payments and Charges
- Payment terms are as stated in your relocation quote or invoice.
- For corporate accounts, payment may be made by bank transfer, card, or approved corporate billing.
- Additional costs resulting from delays, incorrect information, or requested changes will be invoiced separately.
6. Liability and Insurance
We handle all items with reasonable care. Our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from proven negligence and capped at $6,000,000 . Insurance coverage for valuables or extended protection can be arranged separately upon request.
7. Cancellations and Delays
- Cancellations received less than 15 business days before the service date may incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or force majeure.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client and employee data as confidential and comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of USA.
